Anam means ‘soul’ or ‘breath’ in Gaelic, and ‘to bow’ in Sanskrit.
Wilde Anam Yoga honours the untamed life force within and our innate connection to the natural world.
For the ancient Celts, trees are sacred ancestors and living gateways to ‘Tír na nÓg’, the ‘Otherworld’—‘Crann na Beatha’, the ‘Tree of Life’—bridging earth and spirit, roots and branches, breath and soul. Each tree was a reminder of the interconnectedness of all life, a living symbol of wisdom, protection, and the eternal cycle of being.
